● No physical items will be shipped to you.
● Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email.
● Within 5–10 minutes after your purchase, you will receive a second email with:

1:1 Diagnostic Consultation Call (Service)
● The diagnostic consultation is an online service. No physical items will be shipped.
● Once your booking is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email and a WhatsApp message.
● Within 5–10 minutes after your purchase, you will receive:
● A link to choose your preferred consultation slot.
● A pre-call form to fill out before your scheduled call.
● Most consultation slots are available within 48–72 hours of booking.
● Your call link (Zoom or Google Meet) will be sent 1 hour before your scheduled slot via email and WhatsApp.
When Will I Receive My Order or Booking Confirmation?
● Orders and bookings are processed and delivered automatically 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
● Most customers receive their download email or booking link within 5–10 minutes of purchase.
● In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1 hour due to email server delays.
